Sales Terms and Conditions

Due to the nature of electronic products such as motors, brushes, batteries, etc. All sales are final. Any and all warranties will be the responsibility of the respected manufacturer. If you feel an item was damaged during shipment please do not use the item in question and contact us immediately.  If you feel the item was mispackaged or defective, please contact the respective manufacture immediately.

Speed Tech R/C is not responsible for any personal injuries or death as a result of abuse or mishandling of a product that has been purchased from Speed Tech R/C.

Keep in mind that when ordering parts some items are size specific while some items are specific to a certain vehicle and application. If you have any questions about a product please email us with your question and we will do our best to answer it. If for some reason we are unable to answer your question we will redirect your question to the manufacturer of the item in question.

Only unopened items that are still in the condition of being resold are allowed for returns. If a part was opened or used it can no longer be returned. Any and all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless the returned product is due to a mistake on our behalf. Please email us before returning an item so we can be aware of you returning the product.

Special ordered items are non-returnable.

There are no refunds on any shipping charges.

No item will be allowed for return or be given credit/refund after 30 days it has been purchased.  Absolutely no exception will be made.

By purchasing with Speed Tech R/C, you will also be automatically signed up for our monthly newsletter.  If you do not wish to be signed up, please note in the customer comment box at the time of ordering.
